We certainly do! Most of the time we can remove any and all discoloration and stains left by pet stains! However, we do ask for you not to apply any sprays or chemicals before bringing it in for cleaning!

How often should I have my rugs cleaned?

We recommend everyone to have their rugs professionally cleaned every 12-18 months, however this depends on how much use and traffic your rug receives. 12-18 months is a safe range to ensure your rugs appearance and longevity.

How long does it take to have my rug restored?

The amount of time it takes to repair a rug depends on the extent of the damage. If there is extreme amounts of work needed it can take weeks to months, however for most small repairs you can expect your rug within a month.

How long can I keep the rug during the trial period?

Rugs can be kept for 3 business days during the home trial period, however, if you need more time please let us know!
